Jenny Mullarkey is a qualified naturopath offering in-person consultations in Galway City and online appointments worldwide. She takes an empathic, collaborative approach—working alongside you as a team to understand your full health picture. During your consultation, Jenny will explore your health history and current concerns, and may recommend personalised nutritional changes, herbal remedies, lifestyle guidance, and specific supplements to support your goals.

 

A Galway native, Jenny is also a mum, an endurance runner, and someone deeply passionate about helping her clients live their healthiest and happiest lives—whatever that looks like for them, naturally. She loves spending time in nature with her little boy, cooking, and is always expanding her knowledge through ongoing professional development in nutrition and herbal medicine.

 

“Naturopathy is a form of natural medicine using herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle factors to address health issues that might arise or to maintain their optimal health status. Depending on the concern of the client, the combination of all three can be used and might include other natural options such as tissue salts and flower essences.” 

Qualifications and Professional Membership

Jenny obtained an Honours BSc. From University College Dublin in 2006. She then further developed her love for science and health by completing an Advance Diploma of Naturopathy with distinction in Sydney, Australia.

She is a professional member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA) and the Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland (ARCHTI).
