He is also well trained in Panchakarma therapies, offering treatments such as Ayurvedic massages, Shirodhara, Pranic healing, and other rejuvenative procedures designed for detoxification and mind-body restoration. Complemented by diet and lifestyle guidance, his approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Dr. Advait’s philosophy emphasises long-term wellness, disease prevention, and the harmonious integration of body, mind, and environment. His practice is based at Dr. Clare Apothecary and Clinic, Galway.

Why Ayurveda Matters Even When You’re Healthy
Even if you’re feeling perfectly fine, following Ayurveda and taking herbal supplements can still be a smart move. Ayurveda isn’t just about treating illness—it’s about keeping your body and mind in balance so you stay healthy. Herbal supplements can support digestion, strengthen your immune system, help manage stress, and boost your energy naturally. It’s like giving your body a little extra care before anything goes wrong. Instead of waiting to get sick, Ayurveda helps you stay ahead of the game—feeling good, living well, and staying in tune with yourself and your environment.
