Geoff Caird, Craniosacral Therapist

Regd. Craniosacral Therapist (R.C.S.T.) and Craniosacral Therapy (B.C.S.T.)
Craniosacral therapy is a way of working with the whole body (physical, mental and emotional) through different systems, particularly the nervous system.
Through attuned palpation and listening, it’s possible to perceive patterns of dysregulation in our system.
Bringing the whole system to a still point, allows our inherent health to reset and return to its autonomic nervous system regulation. This has a very strong optimising impact on our overall health and wellbeing.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle intrusive and powerful way of working with many different issues including – trauma, physical ailments (eg head, neck and back problems), migraines, mothers and babies, anxiety and stress, emotional imbalances.
